ସଂକ୍ଷିପ୍ତସାର | Abstract
ଭାଷା ଓ ସାହିତ୍ୟର ବିକାଶ ନିମନ୍ତେ ପ୍ରବନ୍ଧ ଓ ସମାଲୋଚନାର ଭୂମିକା ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ। ଏହି ଧାରାରେ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ସାହିତ୍ୟରେ ଜଣେ ସଫଳ ସମାଲୋଚକ ଭାବେ ପ୍ରଫେସର ବାଉରୀବନ୍ଧୁ କର ଅନ୍ୟତମ। ତାଙ୍କ ଆଲୋଚନାରେ ସାମାଜିକ ମୂଲ୍ୟବୋଧ, ସାମାଜିକ ସଚେତନତା, ସାହିତ୍ୟରେ ଶିଳ୍ପ ଓ ଶୈଳୀର ଉନ୍ନତ ମାନଦଣ୍ଡ ଦେଖିବାକୁ ମିଳେ। ସମାଲୋଚକଙ୍କ ଗଦ୍ୟରୁ ମିଳୁଥିବା ଉଦ୍ଦାତ୍ତସ୍ୱର ତାଙ୍କ ମୂଲ୍ୟବୋଧ, ସାମାଜିକ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିକୋଣ ଓ ଶବ୍ଦଶକ୍ତିକୁ ପ୍ରତିବିମ୍ବିତ କରେ। ତାଙ୍କ ଗବେଷଣାତ୍ମକ ଦିଗ ଗୁଡ଼ିକ ବିଶେଷତଃ ତିନୋଟି ଆଧାର ଉପରେ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟବେସିତ- (କ) ସାହିତ୍ୟଭିତ୍ତିକ (ଖ) ସମୀକ୍ଷକ ଓ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ସମ୍ପର୍କିତ (ଗ) ଐତିହ୍ୟ, ସଂସ୍କୃତି ଓ ଧର୍ମ ଆଧାରିତ। ଏହି ନିବନ୍ଧରେ ବାଉରୀବନ୍ଧୁ କରଙ୍କ ସମୀକ୍ଷାକୁ ଏକ ଦୃଢ଼ ସାମାଜିକ ଶସ୍ତ୍ର ସହ ତୁଳନା କରି ସାହିତ୍ୟ, ସଭ୍ୟତା ଓ ସାଂସ୍କୃତିକ ମୂଲ୍ୟବୋଧ ପ୍ରତି ଥିବା ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ ସଂପର୍କରେ ଆଲୋଚନା କରାଯାଇଛି। ଯାହା ଓଡ଼ିଆ ସମାଲୋଚନା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ବାଉରୀବନ୍ଧୁ କରଙ୍କ ନିଷ୍ଠା ଓ ସାଧନାର ପରିଚାୟକ।

The role of essays and criticism is very important for the development of language and literature. In this sense, Professor Bauribandhu Kar is considered as a successful critic in Odia literature. Social values, social awareness, high standards of craftsmanship and style in literature can be seen in his discussions. The original tone found in the critic’s prose reflects his values, social perspectives and vocabulary. His research directions are mainly based on three bases- (a) literary (b) critic and person-related (c) history, culture and religion-based. This article compares Bauribandhu Kar’s review with a strong social tool and discusses the importance of literature, civilization and cultural values. Which is an introduction to Bauribandhu Kar’s development and contribution in the field of Odia criticism.
